Welcome back guys, we've got a big shoe repair today with these RAF ammo boots and I'm going to show you how we do it. We're going to start off with removing all of the old iron work, then we're getting our jerk-off stripper. This is going to debond all the old glue so that we can get to our sole and strip off that old leather. So you can get some pliers, crank off all this old stuff. It's very brittle, very dry, so you can see it's just breaking up as we pull it apart, but it will come off with some elbow grease. And there seems to be about a million nails in this, all rusty one, so we're going to crank each one of those out before we can start getting our new sole on. So for those of you that are new, these are called ammo boots and they're used by the RAF and the army, mainly for parades. This was a messy job, look at all that dust right there. Yeah, we've made a bit of a mess doing this job. So now I'm going to head over to the machine, use the rough sanding belt just to get through some of the worst of this leather before we then peel off the rest. We do that with Mr. Cutty knife and just cut through the old stitches and then it should just loosen straight off. But again, it's...
